Shifts start at 2 a.m. and 12 p.m.

As a Baker at Tim Hortons Ohsweken, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive the freshest and highest-quality baked goods. You’ll be responsible for preparing a variety of baked items, from our famous donuts to pastries and lunch items. If you’re a detail-oriented, early riser with a passion for baking, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Baking: Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of high-quality baked goods, including donuts, muffins, cookies, bagels, and pastries. Prepare all hot foods for our lunch & dinner programs, following Tim Hortons’ recipes and standards.
- Food Safety & Quality Control: Ensure all products meet Tim Hortons’ quality standards. Adhere to food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices.
- Inventory Management: Assist with managing stock levels of baking ingredients, keeping track of supplies, and ensuring the kitchen is stocked for each shift.
- Prep Work: Prepare kitchen, fillings, and toppings in advance,



ensuring they’re ready for baking during peak hours.
- Maintenance & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring ovens, baking tools, and equipment are in top condition.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen environment, especially during high-volume periods.
- Customer Satisfaction: While this role is considered back of house, you’ll help create an exceptional experience for our customers by ensuring fresh and delicious baked goods are always available.

Qualifications:

· Must be able to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods of time

· Previous baking experience preferred but not required

· Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

· Robust work ethic and ability to get the job done
