We are hiring experienced Line Cook to join our crew! Ideally, we are looking for seasoned chefs with passion for cooking and culinary arts. You must be able to handle working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. The successful candidate should be able to work well with others, have a positive attitude and communicate well.

- A passion for hospitality and cooking!




- Capability to adhere to the chef's spoken and written directions for preparing food and finishing dishes in line with quality expectations
- Able to execute and plate the complete menu and in line with the chef's quality expectations
- 2 years experience as a line cook
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to perform and communicate well during busy service
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Able to maintain a clean and organized station
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Must have chef hat, own knives and instant read thermometer
- Must legally be entitled to work in Canada and currently live in Winnipeg and/or surrounding area
