The General Labourer will be responsible for the following:

Role:

We are looking for a reliable General Labourer to support general building maintenance and material cutting in a manufacturing environment. This role involves hands on tasks, basic upkeep, and assisting with the preparation of materials for production.

Duties Include:

- Perform routine maintenance on building and grounds equipment
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks on cranes, forklifts, and compressors
- Maintain shop cleanliness
- Escort contractors as required
- Move materials and finished components around the shop as needed
- Utilize band saw to cut materials to proper specifications
- De-Burr and perform finishing tasks on completed components
- Clean and package finished components
- Other tasks as required





Qualifications:

- Minimum High School education or equivalent
- Mandatory that this role take part in a criminal record check and controlled goods screening

Experience:

- Minimum 1 year experience required
- Experience working in a manufacturing sector is considered an asset

Core Work hours:

- 7:30am-4:00pm Monday – Friday
