Job Description
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene including scaling, polishing, and x-rays as needed.
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
- Create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient.
- Work collaboratively with our dentists and team to deliver outstanding patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection prevention and sterilization protocols.
Qualifications
- Registration with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO).
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Familiarity with Dental office management systems (Dentrix is an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring, friendly, and professional approach to patient care.
- Dependable, organized, and a team player.
Schedule
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM*
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM*
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM*
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM*
*Paid start time begins 30 minutes before the first patient each day to allow for setup and preparation. 30-minute unpaid lunch break daily.
