About the Role:

Join CRDN of BC Interior, Kelowna and Vancouver Island, Victoria as a Content Restoration Technician, where you'll play a vital role in restoring items affected by water, fire, or mold damage. Responsibilities:

- Assess and evaluate damaged contents for restoration potential.
- Perform cleaning and restoration processes using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Document the restoration process and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all restoration activities.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and technologies.
- Assist with inventory management and organization of restored items.




- Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in restoration or cleaning preferred.
