Responsibilities

- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes and quality standards
- Assemble pizzas with precision, ensuring proper portioning and presentation
- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and maintaining stock levels
- Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to health and safety standards
- Serve customers promptly and courteously at the counter or during dine-in service




- Follow all restaurant policies related to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation standards
- Experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment is a plus
- Robust attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards customers
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks comfortably
- Passion for the food industry and a desire to learn new culinary skills
