We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based mental health services. Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, family, or group therapy sessions tailored to clients’ needs, including youth and adult populations.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate psychosocial assessments.
- Maintain detailed clinical records in compliance with confidentiality standards and healthcare regulations.
- Support patients through education about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources.
- Stay current with developments in mental health research,
medical terminology, and best practices in patient care.
Skills
- Proven experience working with youth and adult populations is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies relevant to mental health and social work.
- Compassionate approach with excellent listening skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with neurodivergence, IFS is preferred.
