We are a movement-based clinic that offers chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture and 1-on-1 strength & conditioning. We are looking to add a PTA (physiotherapy assistant) to our team to keep up with the demand. We also expect that the PTA is proficient in billing and scheduling to help handle the front-desk role. We believe that movement is the key to health and we would love to work with like-minded professionals.
Job description
We are looking to expand our team to include another PTA. Your duties would include:
- Helping the physiotherapist perform their treatments.
- Carrying out treatment plans created by the physiotherapist with patients.
- Helping manage patient flow in the clinic.
- Helping with administrative work (billing, scheduling, responding to email,
answering phones, etc.).
- Creating and posting social media content.
- Strength training experience is a bonus.
The pay would be a competitive hourly rate, and if you have a background in strength training we are willing to pay more. We are looking to fill Mondays and can potentially add days from there.
There will be lots of guidance and help learning what needs to be done, we are looking for someone willing and capable of learning.
