Seeking an experienced Truck Shop Supervisor to lead day-to-day repair and maintenance operations in a fast-paced service environment. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring solid technical expertise and the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee shop operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely repairs
- Lead, train, and support technicians and apprentices
- Conduct safety meetings and promote a strong safety culture
- Monitor performance, productivity, and service metrics
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency
- Assist with complex repairs as needed

Qualifications:

- 310T Truck and Coach Technician License
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a truck/service environment




- Strong hands-on mechanical experience (Hino and/or Cummins preferred)
- Proven leadership, organization, and team development skills
