What You’ll Do

- Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be a key resource in ensuring our converting equipment operates reliably and efficiently. In this role, you will:





- Conduct daily equipment inspections and work closely with Supervisors, Operators, and fellow mechanics to address maintenance priorities.

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of mechanical systems, including power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

- Align, adjust, and maintain pumps, fans, conveyors, and converting units with precision.

- Fabricate parts using machine shop equipment such as lathes and grinders.

- Respond confidently to both planned maintenance and emergency repairs.

- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

- Promote a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and communication across the operation.

What You Bring

- We’re looking for someone who combines technical skill with a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Ideal candidates will have:

- A valid Industrial Mechanic Millwright Certificate (433A) and completion of trades school.

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability.

- Experience fabricating parts and interpreting technical drawings.

- General knowledge of PLCs.

- Flexibility to work in a shift-based setting.
