Owner-Operator Truck Driver Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and professional Owner-Operators to join our growing fleet. We offer consistent freight, competitive rates, and dedicated support to help our drivers maximize their earnings while operating safely and efficiently.

Compensation

- Single Owner-Operator: Up to $14,000 per month
- Team Owner-Operators: Up to $22,000 per month

Earnings are dependent on availability, performance, freight volumes, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate and maintain commercial transport equipment.
- Transport freight in accordance with all applicable federal, provincial, and state regulations.
- Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and transportation documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding load status, delays, and delivery updates.
- Ensure cargo is secured and delivered safely and on time.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when dealing with customers and receivers.

Requirements

- Valid Class 1/AZ Commercial Driver's License.




- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience preferred.
- Clean driver's abstract and safety record.
- Valid work authorization.
- Ability to cross the Canada–U.S. border (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Well-maintained tractor unit meeting applicable safety requirements.
