Copper Tip Energy Services Inc is looking for a self-motivated, well-rounded individual with a positive attitude to take on the role of Operations Coordinator
to dispatch equipment and organize daily work schedules for the area.

The position is based out of Ft. St John.

Requirements

● Professional interpersonal and communication skills

● Positive and professional attitude and etiquette

● Know how to read legal land descriptions.

● Gain knowledge of Copper Tip Policy, Standards and Practices

● Familiar with governmental legislation and regulations as it pertains to commercial driving.

● Nitrogen and Fluid pumping experience would be an asset.

● Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

- Answers phones and gather detailed information
- Organize and schedule units to complete jobs and to proceed to the next job
- Gather information about jobs and relay the information to the designated units through internal system.
- Timesheet review and approval for accuracy
- Provide timely support and information to drivers.
- Work collaboratively with Management, Sub-contractors,



Field Supervisors, Safety Department, Maintenance, Administration and Accounting Departments.
- Valuable communication with clients.
- Support and promote Health and Safety policy.
- Ensure all drivers dispatched have all the required safety tickets.
- Provide all drivers with the necessary paperwork, invoice books, JSA books etc.
- Monitor drivers scheduled rotation to maintain compliance for scheduled days off and hours of service.
- Ensure all incidents are reported to the Safety department.
- Review and promote pre/post trip inspections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
