Enterprise Solutions Lead – SAP IS-Utilities CCS

Annual salary: $ 131,100.00 - 165,800.00

Position Highlights
BC Hydro has a large SAP footprint with Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, PPM, SD, EAM, and IS-U all running in a single
instance. SAP IS-U CCS product owner or solution lead is a key player in driving SAP IS-U CCS initiatives and represent
the team for initiatives related to integrated systems with the customer information system.

Enterprise Solution Lead is responsible for the entire lifecycle of the IS-Utilities Customer Care and Service (CCS) solution
from operations/sustainment including budget and resources, roadmap and innovations and impacts to integrated systems.

What you'll do

- Working within the Enterprise Solutions team of the Technology Group, manages the operations and evolution of the SAP

for Utilities (also, Industry Solution Utilities Customer Care and Service or SAP CCS) solution and related systems.

- Provides expert-level advice to BC Hydro regarding features and capabilities of the SAP CCS solutions and closely

integrated components.

- Analyzes complex problems and works with both internal and external sources to develop solutions.





- Ensures and maintains the operational integrity of the SAP CCS solution.

- Conducts operational and project dependency reviews with Project Managers and Business Owners across BC Hydro to

identify project and program delivery dependencies.

- Manages major dependencies and risks across operations and projects and ensures the dependencies and risks are

understood and coordinated.

- Represent Enterprise Solutions team across BC Hydro by conducting operational and project reviews and participating on

steering committees.

- Oversees portfolio health review and ensures corrective actions are initiated. Provides operational and project

management leadership and coaching.

- Works across BC Hydro to support operations, project development and execution.

- Develops strategy and sets direction for SAP CCS. Identifies operations and project management process improvements

based on business needs and BC Hydro/Industry best practices.

- Accountable for implementation and adoption of BCH standards, processes, methodologies, and tools in support of

operations and project and portfolio management.

- Establishes governance procedures and supports project roll-out.

- Collaborate with the business to lead initiatives in line with business objectives and roadmaps.

What you bring

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, engineering or equivalent.

- A minimum of 7 years progressive experience in a dynamic business environment including project management

leadership positions.

- A track record of success working on large, complex SAP related initiatives and SAP support processes, including SAP

IS-Utilities CCS specialization.

- Candidate must have strong SAP IS-U CCS design and configuration skills

- Strong communication and facilitation skills to proactively engage multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.





- Flexibility as a self-starter with high results orientation and the ability to quickly make decisions.

- Team player skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with varying degrees of complexity.

- Strong understanding of both technologies and business processes. Ability to integrate technical and functional views.

- The ability to lead teams and provide direction to achieve successful SAP operations and project delivery.

- Experience in leading strategic discussions and building product roadmaps.

- Experience in SAP CX/C4C/Service Cloud is an asset.

- Experience working in an agile collaboration framework with product owner responsibilities is an asset.

- This position reports within a team that also manages solutions for Human Capital Management and Customer

Experience (SAP Sales and Service Cloud). Also, BC Hydro has implemented the following: SAP Enterprise Asset
Management (EAM), Project Systems, Supply Chain Management (Warehouse Management, Inventory Management),
Environment Health and Safety Management, and Finance. Knowledge of any of these other systems will be considered an
asset.
