We are seeking an experienced Head Designer & Product Development to join a leading apparel company. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, commercially driven professional with a passion for developing trend-right collections from concept through production.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of licensed and private label apparel collections.
- Research fashion and consumer trends to create innovative, market-driven products.
- Manage the full product development process, including design, tech packs, sampling, fit approvals, costing, and production handoff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and manufacturing partners to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Ensure collections align with brand standards,



quality expectations, and business objectives.

Qualifications:

- 7–10+ years of apparel design and product development experience.
- Proven experience managing the full product development lifecycle.
- Licensing experience is required.
- Solid knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, fit, costing, and manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Highly organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
