Who you are:

- A hospitality-driven leader with 1+ years of management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced workplace
- Calm, kind, and confident when interacting with guests and staff
- Experience with scheduling and controlling beverage & labour costs
- Knowledge of Italian aperitivi, food and wine is an asset (WSET is a plus!)
- Serving It Right certification required (Foodsafe Level 1 is an asset)
- Available to work evenings and weekends
