Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Experience in the construction, renovation, windows and doors, cabinetry, or whole-home customization industry is preferred
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Able to follow up on customer needs, quotations, and order progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups
- Respond to customer inquiries and organize customer information
- Assist with preparing quotations and order-related documents
- Maintain explicit communication with customers and internal teams
- Provide daily sales and administrative support
