Clad-Tech is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator (Contract) to support the delivery of cladding and glazing projects from award through fabrication/procurement, site coordination, and closeout. Working alongside Project Managers and site teams, you'll manage the flow of project documentation, approvals, and schedules-ensuring materials, information, and trade coordination stay on track. This contract role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Track and process RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals, ensuring items are logged, routed, followed up, and closed out on schedule.

- Maintain revision control: distribute updated drawings/specs and ensure teams are working from the latest documents.

- Support procurement by coordinating material orders, confirming lead times, and aligning deliveries with site schedules.

- Coordinate with installers, suppliers, and GCs on site access, delivery windows, and sequencing to avoid downtime.

- Maintain project files and reporting: daily updates, meeting minutes, outstanding action lists, and closeout documentation.





- Assist with change tracking (quotes, clarifications, extras) and ensure approvals are documented.

- Support quality and turnover by tracking deficiencies, punch list items, and completion sign-offs.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Construction Management / Civil Engineering Technology (or equivalent experience).

- Robust ability to read construction drawings and manage document workflows.

- Proficiency with Excel and Outlook; familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore (or similar) is an asset.

- Strong communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills.

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local job sites as needed.

- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.

- Materials arrive on time, sites stay productive, and documentation is clean and complete for billing and closeout.
