We are seeking a reliable Cook to support daily kitchen preparation and mise en place.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in prep areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist chefs with daily prep lists
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of products
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in restaurant industry
- Foodsafe Level 1
- Valid SIN Number and Canadian Work Permit
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and recipes
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work early mornings or flexible shifts
