Super Bee Transport Ltd. is currently seeking a F/T Dispatcher to join our team!

The ideal candidate must be a hardworking team player that can still work independently! Must have attention to detail and work well under pressure! Must ensure to maximize equipment and driver utilization while communicating effectively and efficiently both internally and externally to achieve high levels of service.

Duties:

- Full time work: Monday to Friday - 7:30AM - 4:30PM
- Effectively communicate with drivers on a regular basis to ensure scheduled pickups and deliveries
- Assist answering phone/replying to emails
- Coordinate and organize freight amongst equipment
- Data entry: work orders and load tenders
- Load planning/setup for next day
- Call customers/drivers to check on shipment status
- Make arrangement to change or check on appointments
- Trouble shoot/resolve customer complaints
- Completing schedules and ensuring that customer orders are accomplished in a safe, efficient and timely manner
- Ensuring client satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Valid driver's license
- Transportation & logistics and dispatch experience of 2 years or more




- Knowledge of dispatch software is a plus
- Ability to handle a driver fleet is beneficial
- Ability to read a city street map and develop an effective schedule
- Must be technically sound with computers and various Microsoft systems
- Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills in a team base workplace
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Available to work flexible schedule and overtime as needed
- Must comply with company policies and procedures
