Job Overview

We are a well-established nail salon in West Toronto looking for 2 reliable, organized, and customer-focused Salon Coordinators (Part time) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, positive environment. Key Responsibilities

- Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and the booking system efficiently
- Coordinate client flow and assign services to technicians
- Handle check-ins, payments, cash-out procedures, and retail sales
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and address client concerns promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and salon area
- Assist with inventory tracking, supplies, and basic salon operations
- Support marketing efforts (e.g., social media content, promotions, client follow-ups)
- Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the team to provide an outstanding client experience

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in retail, guest services, or hospitality (salon/spa experience is a strong asset)




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Comfortable with point-of-sale systems, booking software, and basic computer skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for the beauty industry
- Bilingual in English + Spanish or Vietnamese is a strong asset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (part-time schedule)
