We are seeking a Consulting Field Arborist—an intermediate-level professional who is continuing to build their expertise in the field, enjoys bringing the many pieces of a project together, and values accuracy, integrity, and collaboration. You are a strong team player with a keen eye for detail and a desire to continue growing and developing within a consulting environment.
Qualifications:
- ISA Certified Arborist.
- 3–5 years of experience in a consulting or office environment, or equivalent industry experience.
- 3–5 years of arboricultural field experience conducting tree inventories, with the ability to identify most trees common to southern and central Ontario.
- Experience with municipal tree protection by‑laws and provincial regulations related to endangered species.
- Experience developing Tree Inventory Preservation Plans and contributing to Arborist Reports.
- Proficiency in data management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid Class G Driver’s Licence and personal vehicle.
Additional Assets (Nice to Have):
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
