On-Call Residential Cleaner / Route Assistant

Location: Wasaga Beach, Collingwood and Stayner, ON
Schedule: On-call, daytime hours
Compensation: $18–$25 per hour

MOLLY MAID Wasaga Beach/Collingwood is looking for a dependable and hardworking Residential Cleaner / Route Assistant to join our team of cleaning professionals.

This is an on-call position with flexible scheduling. Hours will vary according to business needs and are not guaranteed. You will work with a teammate to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services that help clients enjoy clean and comfortable homes.

At least one year of professional cleaning experience is required.

What you will do

- Travel with a teammate to clients’ homes throughout Wasaga Beach, Collingwood and Stayner
- Professionally clean multiple homes each day
- Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitize assigned areas
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces
- Follow MOLLY MAID cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Handle clients’ homes and belongings with care and respect
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Support your cleaning partner and contribute to a positive team environment
- Complete required cleaning documentation
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Work efficiently while following the daily route and schedule

Who we are looking for

- Have at least one year of professional cleaning experience

- Live in Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, Stayner or the surrounding area

A valid driver’s licence is preferred.

Relevant experience may include residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, room attendance, office cleaning or commercial cleaning.
