We are a leading manufacturer of polyethylene packaging products, serving customers across a variety of industrial and commercial sectors. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the Vancouver, BC area.
· Position Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented sales professional with a proven record of success in industrial or B2B sales. Experience in the plastics or packaging industry is preferred, but candidates with related manufacturing sales experience are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying current business opportunities within an assigned territory. This role is ideal for a professional sale representative who is eager to grow their career.
· Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers by providing exceptional service and support.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
* Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
* Provide regular sales activity, pipeline, and territory reports to management.
* Achieve and exceed established sales goals.
· Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of successful industrial, manufacturing, or B2B sales experience.
* Experience in the plastics, packaging, or polyethylene industry is preferred.
* Existing contacts within the plastics or packaging industry are considered a strong asset.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
* Open-minded, coachable, and committed to continuous learning.
* Own a vehicle with valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
