We are currently seeking a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our team full time. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing a high-quality early learning program that supports children's development in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate programming based on ELECT and How Does Learning Happen
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom workplace
- Observe children and document learning and development
- Maintain open and professional communication with parents and staff
- Ensure all licensing and health & safety requirements are followed
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom

Qualifications:

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
- Current Standard First Aid & CPR-C
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- Experience in a childcare setting preferred
