Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team in Canada. Based at our Midas center, the Service Advisor will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and facilitating vehicle maintenance processes. This position is vital in helping us deliver top-tier automotive solutions aligned with our mission of quality and reliability.
Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repair options.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Sell additional services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.




- Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about vehicle status.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in dealership or automotive service environments.
- Robust mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
