Georgian Bay Integrative Medicine is a leading evidence-based naturopathic and integrative health clinic located in the heart of Collingwood, Ontario.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) who shares our commitment to collaborative, integrative care and is passionate about helping patients create meaningful and lasting change.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will provide individual psychotherapy services to adults within an integrative healthcare setting. This role involves working collaboratively with our naturopathic doctors and other healthcare practitioners to support patients from a whole-person perspective.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

● Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services tailored to each patient's needs

● Support patients with concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem, emotional regulation, and life transitions

● Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation

● Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate

● Provide referrals when clinically indicated

Qualifications

● Registered Psychotherapist (RP)



in valuable standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)

OR

● Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)

● Minimum 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services

● Familiarity with EMR systems (JaneApp experience is considered an asset)

● Passion for patient-centered and holistic healthcare
