We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate chiropractor to join us at Robazza Chiropractic. The ideal candidate will provide patient care by diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, with a focus on pain management and overall wellness by using a variety of treatment options such as manual soft-tissue massage, stretching, acupuncture, adjustments, and any other hands-on treatment they want to offer. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a small community that will be expanding over the next several years.
Kirkland Lake is a growing gold mining town located in Northern Ontario. In the near future, there is set to be another gold mine opening that is set to bring in 700+ employees, along with their families. There is a huge need for healthcare professionals (chiropractors, RMT, physio, pelvic floor physios) in Northern Ontario. This need can, and will, lead to big opportunities for growth in establishing yourself and helping many people.
Due to our current waitlist, you will be assigned the majority of all new patients to help build and expand your work schedule quickly, plus patients who book with you online.
Requirements
· Must be licensed and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario
· Being licensed in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, or having another licence in acupuncture is extremely beneficial, but not necessary
· You must be familiar with medical terminology relevant to musculoskeletal health and the human body
· Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate patients toward better health outcomes
· Ability to work compassionately with diverse patient populations while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

Responsibilities
· Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical exams
· Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
· Develop and implement treatment plans to address various musculoskeletal issues
· Use different hands-on techniques to help people (MSTM, stretching/massage, acupuncture, adjustments)
· Educate patients on posture, exercise, and lifestyle modifications for ongoing health maintenance
· Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
· Stay current with advancements in chiropractic techniques and healthcare practices
