About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Administrative Support Staff Supervisor to join our team on-site in Montréal. In this role, you'll oversee a team of administrative staff, keep daily operations running smoothly, and help maintain the high standards our clients rely on. This is a great opportunity for an organized, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced office setting.

What You'll Do

- Supervise and coordinate a team of office staff
- Train workers in duties, policies, and procedures
- Assign, co-ordinate, and review daily work assignments
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Organize and maintain office inventory and supplies
- Prepare and submit reports
- Identify and resolve work-related problems as they arise

What You Bring





- Collegial or University level diploma or equivalent education
- 3 years and above of relevant supervisory or administrative experience
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-player attitude
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay flexible and reliable while working under pressure and tight deadlines
- Bilingual
