Salary

2500 base + commission + bonus

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers with a skilled, customer-focused approach
- Organize and manage qualified daily appointments
- Support vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and ensure smooth delivery processes
- Build strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and after-sales support




- Deliver outstanding service to help generate positive customer feedback
- Update and maintain accurate online ads, inventory details, and CRM records
- Stay current on inventory, pricing, and promotional offerings

Qualifications

- Holds or can qualify for a valid VSA license (preferred)
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract
- Ability to speak additional language is an asset.
