Responsibilities

- Assist customers in identifying their appliance needs and recommend suitable products
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer understanding
- Provide accurate information about appliance specifications, warranties, and financing options
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to ensure an inviting shopping experience
- Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and promotional offers
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proven ability in sales or retail environments with a focus on achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers
- Must be able to lift heavy loads
- Speak English and either Hindi or Punjabi
- Knowledge of appliances or willingness to learn product details quickly
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced retail setting
- Basic computer proficiency for processing transactions and managing inventory
