Summary

Construction Project Coordinator position is vital in ensuring the successful planning and execution of restoration and construction projects. Based in, this role supports our mission to deliver exceptional service while managing project timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scopes and objectives.
- Utilize construction management software such as Proven for project management, tracking and communication.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly.




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction coordination or project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction stages and organization
- Experience scheduling techs, carpenters, contractor's and sub contractor's.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
