We are a dynamic custom apparel print shop dedicated to helping our customers bring their creative visions to life through high-quality printed products. We're looking for an enthusiastic sales associate to join our team and help deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Position Overview: We're seeking a full-time personable and detail-oriented Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers from initial inquiry through final delivery. This role combines customer service, sales, order management, and light production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet and assist walk-in clients with their custom apparel needs
- Communication Management: Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
- Order Processing: Manage online orders from placement through completion
- Project Management: Oversee customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Production Support: Assist with various production tasks as needed
- Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Work hours: 9am - 5pm. Monday to Friday
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales and customer service experience
- Personal Skills:
Strong people skills with ability to connect with diverse clientele
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for accuracy and quality in all work
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift boxes up to 40 lbs
- Transportation: Valid driver's license required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (training will be provided for the right candidate)
- Experience in print shop or custom apparel industry
- Familiarity with order management systems
