Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience while efficiently managing their orders and needs.

Duties

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, to ensure efficient service.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage guest requests and inquiries with professionalism, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments, to uphold sanitation standards.
- Assist in food preparation as needed while following proper food handling procedures.

Experience

- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential.
