JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences through knowledgeable, attentive service and thoughtfully crafted beverages. As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining a well-organized bar, and working collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about cocktails, wine, food, and hospitality, and who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Complete opening and closing duties, including stocking, polishing glassware, and preparing garnishes and ingredients
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to restaurant standards
- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to guests seated at the bar and throughout the dining room when required
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar before, during, and after service
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and comply with all applicable liquor laws and restaurant policies
- Maintain accurate cash handling and POS procedures
- Assist with ongoing bar organization, cleanliness, and maintenance





QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of experience as a bartender in a full-service restaurant
- A passion for hospitality, food, wine, cocktails, and restaurant culture
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer, or a genuine desire to continue developing this knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency
- Smart Serve certification is required
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
