Position: 310S Apprentice Technician – Full Time, 40 hours per week

What we are looking for:

We are seeking motivated 310S Apprentice Technicians to join our Service team at Guelph Nissan Infiniti. You will work alongside experienced technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, as well as servicing customer vehicles.

- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.

- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Stay up-to-date with automotive technology and repair techniques.

- Responsible for assisting in the training and development of lube techs.

Qualifications:

- Enrolled or completed level 1 of the 310S apprenticeship program (preferred).





- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Experience working on all makes and models an asset

- A self-starter, someone that can take the initiative to complete assigned tasks

- A structured 310S Apprenticeship Program with clear progression and wage increases at each level

- Competitive hourly rates:

- Level 1: $20/hour

- Level 2: $22/hour + $1,500 completion bonus

- Level 3: $25/hour + $2,000 completion bonus

- 310S Certified: Flat-rate shop pay with guaranteed hours for the first 6 months + $3,000 certification bonus

- Tuition reimbursement for college and apprenticeship schooling

- Reimbursement for exam preparation courses and certification exam fees (upon successful completion)
