Job Summary

We are seeking a Barista/Front of House Manager to lead our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

- Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and light food items
- Manage front-of-house operations, including supervising team members, coordinating shifts, and maintaining a smooth flow of service during busy hours.
- Lead hiring efforts by interviewing candidates and training new staff





Skills

- Proven experience in food service roles with a background in restaurant or hospitality environments.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in fast-paced settings.
- Customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle inquiries professionally.
- Strong organizational skills for scheduling staff and overseeing daily operations.
- Knowledge of restaurant management

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
