Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Freelance Seamstress to join our creative team. This flexible role involves designing, sewing, and customizing bodybuilding competition apparel to meet client specifications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and experience. As a freelance professional, you will have the chance to work on diverse projects from the comfort of your own workspace, contributing to high-quality fashion and apparel production.

Duties

- Create, alter, and repair garments according to client requests and specifications
- Measure and cut fabric accurately to ensure proper fit and design integrity
- Operate sewing machines and other related equipment efficiently and safely
- Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand design requirements
- Maintain organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
- Source fabrics and materials as needed for various projects
- Ensure finished products meet quality standards before delivery or shipment

Skills





- Proven experience in sewing, tailoring, or garment construction
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes related to apparel production
- Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory management and material handling
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
- Ability to interpret design sketches and technical drawings
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently
- Good communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a freelance capacity
