Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble menu items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the Micros POS system efficiently to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with care.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.




- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene at all times.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly.
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Kitchen or food industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
