We are a growing law firm located in Richmond and we offer a range of legal services.

We are looking for a legal / administrative assistant to join our busy solicitor practice. Depending on interest and performance, we can train the candidate to be specialized in law firm administration or a range of legal work, including commercial real estate, development, financing, corporate organizations and commercial transactions.

Ideally, you will have the following:

- High level of attention to detail

- Strong organizational skills and being comfortable with a high level of responsibility

- Robust work ethic with a willingness to learn

- Able to multi-task and work efficiently

- Able to write effectively in English

- Able to drive

- The ability to communicate in Mandarin is an asset but is not required
