Overview
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Diesel Mechanic to join our team, providing expert maintenance and repair services for Prevost Motorcoaches and various Non-revenue vehicles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with diesel engines, working on Prevost coach buses, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on diesel engines and Prevost Buses
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs using schematics and technical manuals
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Operate heavy machinery for testing and troubleshooting purposes
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working workplace during heavy lifting and equipment operation
- Read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals for precise repairs
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation of all repairs performed
- Assist in assembly or disassembly of industrial equipment as needed




- Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs and solutions clearly to clients or team members

Experience

- Proven mechanic experience with a focus on diesel engines and heavy-duty vehicles or equipment
- Hands-on experience with buses, HVAC systems, welding, electrical systems, and farm machinery
- Familiarity with schematics, industrial equipment maintenance, and assembly processes
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment effectively
- Experience in automotive repair or industrial maintenance is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality workmanship

Pay: $40.00-$150.00 per hour
