Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and drink orders while providing menu recommendations.
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process payments efficiently using the cash register, ensuring accurate transactions.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed to support the team.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with restaurant policies.

Experience

- Previous experience in customer service or the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing bills accurately.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the food service sector.
