We're looking for an HRIS Specialist to join our HR team. Someone who enjoys working with data, systems, reporting, and process improvement. This person will play an important role in enhancing HR analytics, supporting HR technology, and helping us find smarter ways to deliver HR services.

Responsibilities:

- You'll play a key role in supporting HR operations through data analysis, reporting, systems administration, and process improvement.
- You'll also help advance our HR analytics capabilities by developing reports, dashboards, and insights that support decision-making across the business. Working with HR data from multiple sources, you'll identify trends, improve reporting processes, and help translate complex information into meaningful, actionable insights.
- Beyond reporting and analytics, you'll support our HR technology ecosystem by working in Dayforce, assisting with system maintenance and reporting, participating in process improvement initiatives, and contributing to internal HR tools and Share Point sites





Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in HR, HR Operations, HR systems, analytics, payroll, or a related field
- Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools is an asset
- Experience working with HRIS platforms, preferably Dayforce
- Experience with Dayforce reporting and administration is an asset
- Advanced Excel skills and a passion for working with data
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and meaningful business insights
- Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional partners
