What You'll Do:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment
- Provide banking support and guidance to customers, identifying needs and offering relevant solutions
- Deliver a seamless, professional customer experience on every call
- Meet performance standards in a structured, metrics-driven environment
What We're Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfort and confidence working in a high-volume, call center environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts within our operating hours (4:00 AM – 11:00 PM, 7 days a week)
- Reliable home internet setup for remote workdays (wired connection, minimum 25/10 Mbps, private workspace)
Terms:
- Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid – 1 day onsite / 4 days remote)
- Duration: 12 months contract
- Pay Rate: $24.00/hr
