Become a pivotal part of the Regina Public Library team as a Systems Analyst in IT. Focus on maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure to improve library services and community support.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Director of Information Technology to ensure the reliability of library systems and services. Your duties will encompass from infrastructure management to system security, all while documenting configurations and helping train fellow staff.

You will also troubleshoot and respond to IT support requests to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and optimize library IT infrastructure
- Implement system backup and recovery procedures
- Manage licensing for all installed software
- Liaise with IT team for improved technology setting
- Provide two levels of IT support for library staff

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 2 years’ experience with IT systems maintenance
- Familiarity with deploying cloud services
- Knowledge of IT hardware and software management
- Proficient in problem-solving and teamwork
