In this permanent role, you will be a key part of the Asset Management and Engineering team, focused on enhancing the predictability of maintenance work across Vale's operations in Canada and beyond. You'll establish standardized enterprise governance for maintenance management, ensuring consistent application of decisions and performance indicators across 17 locations, thereby supporting production stability and asset reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Govern consistent maintenance work standards across all operations




- Enable alignment of maintenance priorities with production needs
- Communicate performance metrics and KPIs effectively
- Act as a subject matter expert for maintenance practices
- Coach maintenance staff to enhance skills and performance

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of experience in Asset Management
- Undergraduate degree in a related field
- P. Eng designation preferred
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese
- Expertise in maintenance management systems and frameworks
