About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant to lead and support our immigration operations. This individual will play a critical role in advising international students and workers pursuing opportunities across Canada, while ensuring strict compliance with federal and provincial regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with our product, operations, and AI teams to translate complex immigration rules into structured workflows that can scale across thousands of users.

What You Will Do

- Provide immigration advice and representation in accordance with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants framework
- Prepare and review study permits,



work permits, permanent residence applications, and related submissions
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial immigration regulations and professional obligations
- Supervise case analysts and support staff involved in file preparation
- Contribute to knowledge base development and internal training materials
- Work with product and engineering teams to improve case management workflows
- Support enterprise partners across Canada, including institutions and employers

What We Are Looking For

- Active RCIC license in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants
- Minimum 3 years of practical immigration experience
- Strong knowledge of immigration processes, including provincial requirements
- Experience handling high-volume case files with robust documentation standards
- Comfort working in a technology-enabled environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High integrity and commitment to regulatory compliance
