Project Lead / Tech Navigator

Hybrid (2 days in office per week)
Contract Duration: 6 months

Possibility of extension & conversion to FTE

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications
- Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts
- Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution
- Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area
- Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment
- Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner

Skills and Qualifications

- 5-7 years of Technical Lead experience , with experience in Enterprise Infrastructure project
- Takes ownership to ensure project progress
- Concrete understanding of related technological knowledge ( Application Server and Network Infrastructure




- Strong understanding of agile project management principles and practices and experience managing projects in an agile environment.
- Expertise in Networking (connectivity in both physical and cloud environment, including firewall and load balancing setup)
- Hands on experience with Infrastructure security (Certification, authentication methods)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace etc.)
- Strong debugging and analyzing skills
- Ability to review server logs to resolve infrastructure related issues
- Fast learner to adapt in complex project environments
- Expertise in resolving technical and non-technical obstacles to maintain project progress
- Excellent ability to work with various teams in a cooperative manner
