A&W; Murrayville is Expanding Their Management TEAM!!

We are looking for a Shift Supervisor for our Murrayville location in Langley.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Advanced understanding of all quick-service restaurant operations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to coach, train and motivate team members
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Dealing with Guest Concerns and winning them back;
- Computer knowledge in Office or OpenOffice;
- Professional positive team leader, dependable, takes initiative;
- Should expect to work 30+ hours per week;
- Must be available to work flexible hours overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities & Duties:

- Training,



leading and coaching team members to achieve our brand standards of exceptional Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
- Building sales and profitability through excellent operations
- Accountable for operating profitability by monitoring and controlling food, paper and labor costs while on shift
- Ensuring all Team Members are trained to deliver exceptional quality, service and cleanliness through initial and ongoing training
- Ensuring all company programs, practices and systems are implemented and executed properly
- Working with the management team to identify problem areas and work with them to come up with and implement solutions
- Creating and maintaining a positive work climate that promotes best-in-class.
- Dealing with guest concerns and winning them back
