WE’RE HIRING: FULL-TIME SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE
H‑Authentica is looking for a trustworthy, dependable, and highly detail-oriented person to join our growing team.
Shipping and order fulfillment will be the primary responsibility. When shipping volume is lighter, the successful candidate will be cross-trained to assist with inventory and basic customer-service tasks.
POSITION DETAILS:
- Full-time, on-site position
- Approximately 35–40 hours per week
- Location: Approximately 15 minutes outside Winnipeg
- Wage: $17–$20 per hour, based on experience
- 90-day performance and wage review
- Start date: As soon as possible

TRANSPORTATION REQUIREMENT:
Our workplace is approximately 15 minutes outside Winnipeg and is not accessible by public transportation. Applicants must have a valid driver’s licence and their own reliable vehicle.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Carefully inspect every item for damage, defects, marks, missing pieces, or other quality concerns before shipping
- Confirm the correct product, model, colour, size, quantity, and required inclusions
- Immediately report any damage, defect, or order discrepancy before an item is shipped
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately
- Ensure every order matches the customer’s invoice
- Prepare shipping labels and coordinate courier pickups
- Update tracking information and order statuses
- Package luxury merchandise safely, securely, and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
- Assist with shipping concerns and delivery-related inquiries
WHEN SHIPPING VOLUME IS LIGHTER:
- Receive, inspect, label, count, and organize incoming inventory
- Assist with inventory counts and stockroom organization
- Help update product and inventory records
- Respond to basic customer questions about orders, shipping, and tracking
- Direct complex concerns to the appropriate team member
- Assist with other operational or administrative duties as needed
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Has exceptional attention to detail
- Honest, dependable, punctual, and responsible
- Organized and able to follow established procedures
- Able to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy
- Comfortable handling high-value luxury merchandise
- Comfortable using computers and learning order-management systems
- Has good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical shipping tasks throughout the workday
- Able to safely lift and move heavier boxes occasionally, up to approximately 50 lb
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in shipping, fulfillment, inventory, quality control, retail, warehouse operations, or customer service is an asset. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
