We are seeking a highly motivated full time, live-in Superintendent for a Condominium Corporation in Richmond Hill, ON. In this role, you will oversee daily property operations, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure the highest standards of resident satisfaction. Requirement to be on call weekdays and /or weekends.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Carry out daily operations (cleaning and maintenance) of the condominium property.
- Oversee contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
- Develop, implement and adhere to maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with property manager to uphold service quality standards.
- Additional duties as required

- Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with residents
- Knowledge of building maintenance, HVAC, electrical systems, and safety protocols.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must be handy including light painting skills
- Mechanical knowledge is advantageous.

Pay: $30,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
